@valforwing - you should should give Tales of the Abyss a try. it has a much more mature tone than Symphonia had (although i liked Symphonia more, it was my first Tales). the Unknown difficulty is pretty challenging. i liked the story and battles. its closer to how Vesperia is with a world map and stuff since in Symphonia 2 they used a map select screen instead.

about the wings and rendering, it doesnt render properly cuz its a transparent texture? a friend here taught me how to render transparent objects, i can take a screen if ya want. or i could paste the guide he made out
