I think the first guy is the best out of the lot, and yellow suits the next best, but his gun is still a bit unrealistic, try making a trigger with his finger on it, or basing it of a real pistol, so you get the porportions and shapes right. The super heroes head, i can't distinguish eyes anywhere. I also think he needsmore shading.
