So what is that exactly? I've got a few reps saying that it annoys some people while I'm actually now aware of what I do wrong.... Could someone help me out here?

It means telling (or helping) a mod to do something or helping a mod decide what to do when a mod doesn't need any help. It can also me being a sitch in some situations. A trait that isn't present on your end:/. Taking into account the words of the post directly before me... And your reputation, people usually say this when they are bending the rules a bit. You're doing the right thing.
