Ah, so that's the term I should use. There's some guy in another forum who's acting like a mod all the time, telling us what we should do, shouldn't do, and saying that we suck at our job just because it isn't how he'd do it.

By the way, when I read this thread I thought it was referring to modding as in game modifying Tongue
