Yeah, opening them in Noesis, the textures will be UV-Flipped. All the archives should include a non-flipped model (The one without "UVFlip" at the end of it.)
If they do look bad in Noesis, re-export the model with the "Flip UVs" box checked. Open that newly exported model and it should look fine.
