Just some tips when using Tinke to rip the sprites... the palette and tile/layers (IDK what you call that second file with stacked layers icon) is separate so that means you need to unpack the first one and view as palette (or click View) and then unpack the next file on the list and click View.

And for further releases of Tinke, I really suggest learning how to compile it... though it requires Framework ver. 4 and other things that took me days to figure out until pleonex answered some of my questions when it comes to compiling it.
Also I think redblueyellow is ripping some sprites from London Life, you guys should also coordinate with him to see which ones you'll work on.
