On one hand, come on TSR, you can give more in depth critique on this, on the other hand... Gors is RIGHT. There's a lot wrong with it.
I am also suprised no one said anything about being glad its at least scratchwork. That sort of thing shows a bit of ambition... even if the rest of the sprite shows minimal effort. But I appreciate the thought.
Anyways... its too blocky to look right, and not blocky enough to be on purpose. I'm going attempt to give advice on how to make it less blocky. First, the legs to not start at the end of his coat. Right now only his knee is really bending, and often its bending backwards.
The actual hip starts about 4 pixels or so up from the end of the coat. And thus the coat will form to the rest of the leg.
Secondly in Every punch or kick, there's no force behind it.
Torsos should rotate during punchs and so.
You also need to make the arm thickness more consistant. It often jumps in thinness way too much between frames. There's more that can be fixed, but I think I'll wait until you give it ago, so I don't overwhelm you.
Or more honestly, to save so time if you don't come back to read this...
