Edit: Woops, forgot to address your suggestion, Ploaj. I think we would be better off leaving the cards categorised by type. This is because it is geared more towards deck building. Decks are usually centered around 1-2 types, and having cards categorised first by type and then by National Pokedex number allows one to easily find cards suitable for one's deck. Categorising them by set would be better for just looking at a collection, which is actually done in both of the Game Boy games.
