Hmm, I know Tinke can open .SAD files of NDS games and convert them to .WAV files when you export it. (if it isn't packed, you are lucky).

Of course, the game you have in mind needs to be supported first by the program itself (for the other files). You have to contact pleonex in this case. Surprisingly, he has an account in this place too... XD
