Well, I was getting ready to upload this, but then I noticed you have a folder named "ShockWaveGreen" that has nothing but a .MDL and a .TEX, might wanna fix that. 
Also for future reference: the folders "Enemies" and "Weapons" have sub folders inside them, but then you have another sub folder inside each of those titled Sound. It's not necessary to have these. So instead of having the sounds in, for example, "Enemies > Sound > Beast", you should just have them in "Enemies > Beast". Makes it easier.
You might also want to create a credits text document saying you ripped them, how you ripped them (if you want to mention that) and etc..
Other than those things, this looks very good for your first TSoR submission.
