At least they did that, it was awesome. Unfortunately I have a strange feeling a next one (if it happens) will be on 3DS

Probably. Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land are already out for it, before long they'll probably come up with Mario Party 3D Ultra or whatever
