EDIT: Does anyone know how to properly make transparency work on a sprite sheet? For some reason it didn't turn out when I put it up on minus.

Huh? Why do you want transparency on a sheet?

Probably like the image on my sig... the background is transparent so if you put it in a site that has another color, you won't see the usual white background.

I usually use Photoshop to do transparencies, there's also an option in the Save For Web to change that background (I don't know the exact term atm) in case you c/p it from somewhere.

Bust mostly, PNGs will always be transparent when you remove the background layer/keep it invisible in PS.
