"Snaking" is a technique from the DS title in which you drift left and right alternatively

Snaking requires cross-road drifting? I've always seen it used in context of drifting on straight-aways.

I mean, your definition makes sense, given the serpentine directions, but that's a more strict definition than I've seen in use.
