This game shares the same model format as "Super Smash Bros. Melee," I believe. You can read the topic about a model conversion program being designed for SSBM by Tcll here.
There is also a mostly understood debug menu for this game, which may or may not have the capability to view models in an unposed state. If so, you would then be able to capture unposed models from this game through the "Dolphin" Gamecube emulator in the debug menu, using various model capturing programs such as "3D Ripper DX," "3DVIA PrintScreen" or "GameAssassin."
