He reminds me of someone from that Fist of Fury movie for some reason.
Oh and I was ripping Willy from the arcade version of Double Dragon, but I got a little stuck regarding some of the sprites and where they go (assembly was, is and will always be my weak point). I checked in game and couldn't see them come up so if someone can help me please that would be great actually: http://i.imgur.com/iydnn.png
Yes, ripping him (and from the game) is a bit harder than it looks.
