i use noesis to convert my model files, and for some reason the textures don't auto apply to the model. open material editor in 3dsmax and each material slot is auto named. odd but true.

- The site doesn't allow TGA format textures, so you'll have to convert them to PNG. You can use this program to batch convert them.
- Unlike other model formats, OBJ models depend on a MTL file for texture information. These are typically generated every time an OBJ is created, so be sure to include them.
- It's best for textures to be in the same folder as the model they belong to, as that's where programs look for textures by default.
Once you make those changes, I can accept them!
when i use noesis to convert my files, i don't get a mtl file. i get a rda file or no file at all outside of the obj itself.
