You didn't miss anything, but there is something about the way you have them arranged that's been bothering me ...

See how you have both of the front foot sprites on the right but the front leg bolt is on the left? Wouldn't it make more sense to put them both on the same side?
As for the Plasma/Fire Kirby, it turns out they're not as hard as I thought they would be. I thought it was going to be one of those situations where the fire animation was seperate from the headband and I was going to be stuck pasting a thousand different pieces together in different ways, but it turns out that's not the case. And it's actually pretty easy to put the cap on his head because, like the Wing cap, you can easily see Kirby's shape in most of them.
So in other words, if you still want Plasma Kirby you can have it. If you don't I'll still do it, but if you do then I'll just move on to Hammer Kirby after I'm done with Fire like I originally planned.
[EDIT] Okay, strike that. Looks like I AM going to have to piece together quite a few of them. I hadn't gotten very far into it before making my prior comment and apparently got the wrong impression.
