Hardly. Now he's swinging his arms, but he still has no bones.
Besides he's leaning backwards.
Don't be afraid to draw a 'skeleton' first along with it's motions.
Kinda like this, but better (I'm not really experienced with anatomy myself).
Then you'll also have to take muscles and flesh into account. It requires some work and understanding of the human body. Maybe it'll help to move yourself the way you want it and see how your bones bend and your muscles stretch and if the pose is even possible.
