Maybe because he's English perhaps? In the UK, it goes day-month-year instead of month-day-year so some dates that use the American system get lost (like the so called pi-day that only works using the American and the Japanese [year-month-day] systems). I think you might have already know it but just in case.
Oh and I don't have much to say except that the rip is good and some interesting info regarding Professor Layton that the ripper has done.
