any particular reasons her shoes get darker when turning into a brunette?

Because a few parts of her design and color scheme also change on the other forms,not just the hair.

It's easier to see the differences here,the three forms are on top with a similiar pose.

@Gaia:I'm not too sure how assists are meant to work on this game,but I believe Alicia (that redhead,y'know) would be far more relevant to Shine.

Your character seems much more vivid and cartoony than previous attempts,I'd say it's improved a lot.
