Updated:
+ Added Ice blocks and Carts (crates which don't stop moving on their own)
+ Added Pausing (press space to toggle pause)
+ Added 2 new test levels
+ Added a bunch of ending slides by Zac and CBL. With the built in levels, only the bottom two tiers are available (depending on number of crepes collected).
