Okay guys here's my new sprite

My Concerns:
>I'm Uncomfortable with the arms. I don't know why....
>The Goggles looks like a sleeping mask.....
>The pouch in EvilRaccoon's Side seems kinda wrong....
>Am I using too much color or over designing/detailing?
