Um, if you had the first ones, I've heard that it's best to get the same one due to the Link feature which allows you to transfer some things and unlocks other things when you connect it to the previous version. I'm saying that vaguely to avoid spoilers and 'cause I really don't know for sure either, just going off hearsay.
If you didn't get the first ones though, I guess just look at what Pokemon that are available that you like better, plust Black Kyurem or White Kyurem? I've heard there's actually a way to switch between White Forest and Black City now with the Linking feature so that's less of an argument now, I guess. Other than that, I can't think of any other significant differences that you'd want to watch out for.
