Try another style, then. Maybe it'd be better for something like a Metroid Prime 1 2D project, or perhaps a MP3: Corruption Geemer? Anyway, the best one there is the Re-Do, but perhaps you'd do good to balance it with a bit of the third (left-to right) revamp. Somewhere between those two would be a nice sprite. At least, shading-wise. Palette-wise, who knows?
