Wouldn't that be like saying that Mega Man is a ripoff of Superman and Batman?

I don't know, I was just saying what I thought he meant, I could easily be wrong.
I honestly don't see Pulseman as a rip-off of Zero and vice-versa at all (they only seem to have a couple design similarities) so I couldn't tell for sure.
