Mighty Jetters, Ticker doesn't appear on Spiral Mountain. The only enemies who make appearances in multiple locations are:

Big Butt
Snacker
Snippit
Buzz Bomb
Chinker

Everyone of those (except Snacker and Snippit) reappear in Click Clock Wood.

I figure just keep the enemies in the worlds that they first appeared in. Basically Snacker would be on the Treasure Trove Cove sheet but not on the Rusty Bucket Bay sheet, despite showing up in both levels.
