No, I'm pretty much extremely certain about that.
I'm not saying it happens often, but it can happen, I've seen it happen, at least once, maybe twice. It probably only happens in very rare cases seeing how it reads memory adresses with more or less random data or data depending on the trainer name and ID and everything and may or may not require special values in order to glitch bad, but it can. Back then I assumed MissingNo. was safe, too.
The other one was worse, certainly, but that's something I learned quickly enough
