all I said was I was working with a friend and we finished this about a year ago, Im just waiting on his Go-ahead for fixing it more.

Well, no, you said your friend gave it to you so you can't fix it. Fix it anyway, and if your friend doesn't like it, use the old one (though he'd be an idiot to do that). Besides, from what I can see, most of the animation poses are bad, which are the ones you made, by your own words. I'm glad to know you are fixing them, though.
