Maybe it's because we spent the last page talking about how Shouty's fur looked like wangs, but, as Trollerskates pointed out, he kinda looks like he's jerking it.
Just make it so his fist doesn't stroke an imaginary phallus. Move his hand away from his crotch, or change how his arm is bent or something.
edit: actually looking back on this, i probably read this wrong. Aside from the arm issues, it is pretty jerky, especially around the backside. You need to make that smoother, maybe via another frame or something.
