No. If it is halloween-related then it's ok. BUT it would be cooler if you made it scary though.
ALSO, don't forget that the gifts are secret. Send them to me via PM, DO NOT POST WIPS AND/OR FINISHED GIFTS HERE. People who disobey this will receive a warn and not be able to participate on the next event.
