Unfortunately, the rules here at The Spriters Resource state that you cannot make requests until you've amassed at least 20 posts and been around one month. This is done to ensure that people who make requests are actually a part of the community and not someone just dropping by to get some quick pixels and then leave forever.
Aside from joining TSR as a full member, you can alternatively find another site that might be more willing to fulfill random requests. OpenGameArt.org is one such place.
Though as a note, here at TSR, requests aren't usually undertaken, since it's not primarily a request site at all, but rather an asset ripping site and repository, so even sticking around that long in no way assures you'll get your request filled. Not that you shouldn't stay: it's always nice to see another programmer around here, and maybe you can even pick up some basic pixel skills! We also appreciate game developers, no matter how small, so if you want to showcase your game when it gets to a playable state, by all means do so!
