I think that, hair-wise, if she's supposed to be confused with Arisa, you might also wanna give her two ponytail things, since people who don't know her could refer to her as "that twintails bullethead girl" or something. But since doing that straight up would look too similar, maybe try giving her drill ponytails? Like that one girl from Starforce only probably not as extreme. I think that would kinda work since drill hair/ Ojou Ringlets are generally represent high social standing/ haughty stuff, which plays into her arrogant-ish personality.
