Puggsy (Genesis)
JPG got me back into ripping Puggsy
I would have done Star Fall Lake enemies, but since almost all of them appear only underwater I don't know how to get their proper palettes. I can manage to disable the water, but then the whole screen changes and it looks like the whole screen's underwater.
If I can't find a way to screenshot rip them I'll probably have a go and see if I can rip them directly from the ROM.
