This is Hexagon.
It's a game made by Terry Cavanagh, the guy who made VVVVVV. As such, it has a RADICAL chiptune soundtrack and is hard as balls.
There is an iOS port/sequel called Super Hexagon out and a PC/Mac (assuming Steam) port coming in the future. Needless to say, I'll be buying it.
Played Hexagon and it's really great, watched the Super Hexagon trailer and no no no no NO NO NO NO NO NO NON ONO ONON N
