Unfortunately, this is the same case as your Pokémon Channel thread. Please use either File Beam, Dropbox or some other file hoster that doesn't require you to be a member to download from.

EDIT: Same goes for all your other threads!

If you don't want to sign up, I think you can bypass it by changing the URL from the name of the file(in this case "rar") to "get".
It should go to the download, so this can be a trick for ya'll
