TSR COMPO 10: Scrooge is my Homeboy

Known Issues:

- The orange and brown blend in with each other, I might need to find a new color to compliment orange other than green..

- I need to re-draw the whole thing due to the character is supposed to be a very spoiled, greedy 10 year old who owns the entire mining industry with an affinity for all things orange.

- The pallete now starts to clash as the way how each section is shaded. Otherwise, the entry is not yet complete.

The reason I've been quiet lately as I was trying to figure out how to get fur to work in pixel form; neorice's tutorial on hair was applied here, on the fur that's brown.. albiet not as I expected.
