Other than Cthulhu? Well I've only played up to the bit where I just beat Curly Brace and she gives her Machine Gun, so I don't really know that many characters. I do think I'd fit better with someone with a similar shape as Kazuma and Cthulhu though, since my hat would be too high for a Mimiga or someone like Professor Booster.
If you don't want me as Cthulhu I'll just play further until I find someone fitting. I actually think Shade would fit Cthulhu better since he mentioned it, since he's also got a hood and looks sort of mysterious.
Whoever you do end up making Cthulhu though, be sure to rename "Cthulhu's Abode" with "[name]'s Abode".
