in a more important note, I've been using ORGmaker, but apparently there is a more recent version of it. Can I make music on that program instead?

I heard that if you make music with the most recent one, some of the newer instruments wouldn't work with cavestory. I don't know any of the newer instruments, so i suggest using the old one.

This is really really cute. The Cave Story mod field is always alive.
My question is do you learn a lot for making your own games when messing with this one?

um, kinda. modding a game thats already made doesnt really give so much experience. you're just using someones engine and changing the game to your likings.

why is tellis jack when there is a giant frog boss

and frog enemies

gors is balrog. how can he transform into tellis's frog character randomly? maybe he can be some of the frog enemies.(?)
