I can but guess.
Font, image (I guess with palette / non-indexed), image graphic (needs a palette), image palette (for them image graphic), mapping data (which tile goes where).
I'd suggest you to drop then into TiledGGD and see what you can see. Play around with the options and all that. For maps, you could be lucky and they could be in the standard GBA/DS format so NBFxReader may be able to convert them (as long as you have the appropriate palette and tilesets in the appropriate fotmats, too).
But yeah, just try TiledGGD first. As always! :-)
