On your bit about the Zelda/Shiek thing, seeing as they redesigned Shiek to fit the Twilight Princess style even though she didn't appear in that game, I don't see it as too much of a stretch for them to redesign Shiek to match the Skyward Sword art style. But if they were to get rid of that part of Zelda's character, I would be more than happy to see it's place taken by a Toon Zelda that can transform into Tetra. Or maybe work in the suit of armor thing from Spirit Tracks?
