Doing a little more work on the self portrait, am I going in the right direction?

Actually, the facial features among other things could be much better, but this time you managed to get the right expression from his face

so try (again) comparing this to mine, to find the differences we had in relation with the picture, but try not to change his expression cause he has the good look atm
