You don't have to 'install' it. Just open the EXE with WINE.
And yeah, if there's 5 kingdoms in the game, it's obvious the KLDATAs represent the data that's loaded in every corresponding kingdom.
Digging into PPTPack now.
EDIT: It's nothing visual. No idea what it is, but the structure is kinda funny. Maybe a compressed archive or something?
Also, I could narrow out the music files if someone finds me a PSF2 rip of the soundtrack.
