Everything has been said, basically.
1. Blocky
2. Default MSpaint colors
3. maybe add some shading
oh and awful background color get one that doesn't burn your eyes
also your sig is huge vertically get rid of some stuff
edit- now that I look at it up close, there actually is shading but it's hard to see
better color choices would fix that
