I agree with bombshell (other than what he said about bulbasaur being a fire toad.)

You also used shellder's shell for the water type. Maybe try drawing the design out on paper first then sprite the ideal design you came up with.

As you can see, you can sprite. The question is, do you want to improve? If so, keep trying at it, take the critique to heart, and learn about what you as an artist can do to improve your spriting abilities. If you don't want to improve, I don't know what to tell you friend.
