I'm hoping Vectorman, but I'm guessing it's Ryo Hazuki.
I see Ryo happening. But I also am weighing it will be Billy Hatcher, for the reason that he is not present on his stage, yet his friends are. If they were sure he wasn't gonna be in, he'd be there as a cameo. I think kinda gives away it's a reserved spot for him.
