You know...maybe you should try to make Wario in a different style?
Don't take it the wrong way, I just think M&L
iT is an ugly spriting style. I absolutely despite it(they got things right with M&L:BiS style). It uses way too many colors in a non advantage-able and unnecessary way.
The sprite you have right now is actually more clean than the style, so why not try to make your own custom style with it? Or go for something more simplier like SMB3?
