Baron Von Goom/Super Goomba
I might do a better drawing with colour later.
Backstory:
Baron Von Goom was once a normal goomba in the mushroom kingdom, until he found a pipe to the warp world. From here he went to many worlds, where he received magical powers, as well as his magical top hat (it can grow), magical teapot (never runs out, if broken it can reform, so its good for smashing over people's skulls), and a magical cane (it can stretch out), but also became slightly insane. Eventually he became a baron on some world somehow, and I can't think of anything else so that's all.
