Oooh wow I see now. I'll be shifting the eyes one or two pixels over.

the curve to the body / face isn't that great a curve the anti-aliasing around the eyes is fairly pointless when the black is just too dark in the first place, I messed around with it and using your next darkest shade on bits of it helped to smooth it out.
the mouth has similar issues, the mouth also uses an indistinguishable shade of red which you might as well use black (that way you even have your other white shades to AA the teeth.)
some issues are still there but I did a quick clean up over it so you can see what I mean, (edit is on the bottom)
I'll fix my sprite(s) accordingly. Thank you!

it only makes the outline look broken and draws attention to parts of the sprite you should not want to draw attention to at all.
I will just improve the selout. Without it, I wont be able to capture Boo's shape (he is not a perfect circle). It to be honest I hate solid outlines on sprites.
Animation fail. The animation is going too slow. I fixed all the sprites to this animation already. Just putting it up here for show.
I did start on this animation because I got bored waiting for comments. I fixed it up the best I can but I most likely will scrap it because It's lazily done.
Here is the update. Again C+C needed.
I took note of everyone's comments. I fixed most of the selective outlining problems, I made sure the eyes and the mouth are centered evenly. I even remove the pointless shade of red in the mouth of Boo and replaced it with black.
