I think with the tongue having as many frames of movement as it has, the arms need at least one more frame as well.

The details of the tongue aren't as defined as they could be with your colors. If that's what you are going for, than more power to you. I've always found the tongue to be the focal point of a boo, however, and I think seeing that line in the center will help.
However, I also recognize that the reds you chose match well with the other colors, so changing them may mess with that.
