Well for starters, this is more of a request and basically stating that you have no skills to create a game isn't a good way to gather a team. I've been in your position before and believe me, it doesn't end well at all. If I were you I'd practice programming in Flash AS3(ActionSCript 3.0)

You cannot just expect people(especially in a place like this) to just set all of their projects down and help you with yours. In short, practice basic spriting, I'm sure the members here will be of great assistance in helping with this and learn basic programming so you at least know what your own game does.
P.S.
I recommend making a few smaller games by yourself. Maybe a pong game or vertical shooter so you know how game programming works. Don't just Google, "How do you make a Flash game". Work on those tutorials and work on them hard. You will benefit greatly.
